Samuel Hoyt was the leader of the Highland Park Associates. Hoyt at FINDAGRAVE. This was a real estate group that was based on North Pleasant Street at the SE corner of Yale Street. From 1920 to 1925, his company was at 85 Dartmouth Street.
In 1923 he started up another company called Hoyt Construction. In later life, he would be the real estate manager at People’s Bank and at Mechanics Bank.
