Memorial Hall and its Plaza
The hall is from 1872 and is Second Empire in style. The library had its books donated and its services maintained by a grant from John Clarke.
Northampton Soldiers and Sailors Monument is from 1883 and is by Melzar Mosman of Chicopee.

Memorial Hall opened in 1872 as both a library, a museum, and a memorial site for the veterans of Northampton. In 1883 Melzar Mosman sculpted the military statue.
