Joel Rhodes Burial Site is in Pelham at the juncture of Shays Highway and Shutesbury Road. Died of small pox and buried in the back southeast corner of the family farm in Pelham. Gravestone and burial is still there. “No Release” means that the body was left there and not released to another cemetery.
