Spring Grove Cemetery

Spring Grove Cemetery was purchased in 1881 and ready in 1883. The first burial was in April of 1883. The land belonged to Warner and Graves. There one was a holding tomb near the North Farm Road entrance.

There once was a road from East Street to this cemetery and hence the name.

Longmeadow First Church of Christ

The church is from 1768. It is at 777 Longmeadow Street. It was moved in 1874 from the Green.

The first meeting house was in use from 1716 to 1769.

The Old Parsonage at 777 Longmeadow Street is from 1848. It was built on the Stephan Williams house. Then it was moved across Williams Street to this location.
