Ellington and Farmington Streets were platted by Clifford Kibbe.

Forest Acres – aka the Kibbe Tract – is Converse – Ellington – Oxford – Durham

South Park Terrace includes Roseland, Birchwood, Hazelwood, Benedict, and more. On May 30 1898 the lots opened for sale. There are colonial revival, craftsman, and Victorian.

Longmeadow Country Club

Bliss Park and Laurel Park were to be one park called Longmeadow Park.

This once was the area of the Longmeadow Water Works. The standpipe was razed in 1936. ERA workers developed the park a bit.

Laurel Manor is mostly defined by Laurel, Chatham, and Harwich. Most homes are Tudor Revival and Colonial Revival.

Colony Hills is a neighborhood that is both in Springfield and in Longmeadow. It was designed by the Olmsted firm.
