John Lynch of Holyoke

John Lynch FINDAGRAVE was the chief of the Holyoke Fire Department from 1880 to 1915. He helped save many lives during the Precious Blood Church fire of 1875. Story is that he entered the loft and saved 20 lives there. His brother James Lynch died during a August 1 1908 fire in Holyoke.
