The formation of the Ingraham Brook Pond was between 1901 and 1935 since topographical map studies show it in 1935 but not in 1901. There is no higher up pond or reservoir but the headwaters of the Ingraham Brook are in a swampy wetland area about 500 yards upstream from the first dam.
