The Guyott Building is at 324-326 High and Hotel at 328-330 High. The hotel is from 1886 and the building is from 1892. Both are in the Romanesque Revival style.

They were run by the brothers Theodore and Victor Guyott.
In the 1920s the hotel was changed into a lunch counter called Waldorf Lunch.
