Legacy Trail is a sidewalk trail system of 6 interconnected parks. Each park is named after a person that had a certain quality. Maps and biographies are provided at each park. The trail is about 2.3 miles long. Ruth Elizabeth Park is also part of the Bill family system of parks. You can walk the trail in either counterclockwise direction or clockwise direction. You can do part of the trail or in whole. You can start anywhere.

Warner House – Hampshire College Office is from 1900 is at 949 West Street Amherst. The Aaron Warner house at 916 West Street is from 1770.
The Sabin house now the Hampshire College Admissions Office is at 893 West St Amherst.
Hartsbrook Farm House is from 1813. It is at 219 Bay Road Hadley. A tenant house is at 223 Bay Road. The farm has a tobacco barn and a blacksmith shop. Across the street is barn, pens, and silos.
Nearby at 206 Bay Road is the Henry Moody house.
